A House in Kaza, Run by a Local Family
7 Pines Homestay sits beside Kaza's National Ice Hockey Ground, at 3,650 metres in the heart of Spiti Valley. It's family-owned and family-run — five rooms, a shared dining room warmed by a traditional bukhari stove, and a rooftop terrace that looks straight out at the mountains.

Chhering Dolma, Owner — and the Team Behind Her
7 Pines Homestay is owned by Chhering Dolma, a Kaza local who built this property to share her home and her valley with visitors the way she'd want to be hosted herself. Day to day, the property is run by Sam, who manages bookings, guest requests, and everything in between.
Between them, the team speaks English, Hindi, and Spitian — happy to help you plan a monastery visit, a day trip to Kibber or Langza, or simply what to wear for a night on the terrace at this altitude.
